Emer USA shares a philosophy of wanting to help our customers find just the right product to fit their needs and be pleased with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange if the merchandise is not used unopened and in its original condition and carton. Refunds for unused items returned within seven days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for unused items returned more than seven days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you were not charged shipping on your original order, then you will be charged our normal shipping rate when we receive your return. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
If you want to return your unused product, please contact us at emer@emerusa.comand give us your name, address, date of purchase and invoice number (found at the top of each invoice). Used product cannot be returned. If the issues is warranty or performance of the product, you must contact the manufacturer company direct. We cannot take back any used product. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Form that will have a return authorization number (RA #) and will specify the return address that must be used in sending back your return. The return authorization is valid for seven days. The original carton should be sent to us prepaid and insured using a traceable shipping method. We do not accept returns without a RA # on the outside of the carton. Please put a copy of the Return Authorization Form in the carton when returning your merchandise.
*There is a 25% re-stocking charge on all merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of purchase or delivery date
Products such as cleaning agents, bags, filters and parts. are not returnable/refundable if the seal or wrap is broken or the product has been used.
All vacuums that have been used are only covered under the specific WARRANTY period as shown on the warranty form received in your original carton. Proof of purchase is also required. Please e-mail Emer@emerusa.com with your information so we can make arrangements to have your vacuum repaired.
